Dr. Hello Hi

Skip the waiting room. Keep the doctor.

Most telehealth platforms push you into a $99/month subscription before you even speak to a human. We charge a flat $45 per consultation. That's it.

Common Questions

Do you take insurance? +
No. We operate on a cash-pay model. By bypassing the insurance bureaucracy, we can keep our flat rate at $45, which is often less than a typical insurance copay anyway. You can, however, use HSA or FSA funds to pay for your consultation.
Who are the doctors? +
All our providers are US-licensed, board-certified physicians (MDs and DOs) or licensed nurse practitioners (NPs). You will always know the credentials of the person treating you.
What happens if you can't treat me? +
If our triage process or the consulting doctor determines your condition requires in-person care or an emergency room visit, we will advise you immediately and refund your consultation fee in full.
