DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Prescription Policy

We do not guarantee that a prescription will be written. Providers do not prescribe DEA controlled substances, non-therapeutic drugs, or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse.

Refunds

Refunds are issued if our providers determine they cannot safely treat you via telehealth. Completed consultations are non-refundable.
