Are medications included in the $45 fee?
No. The $45 fee covers the medical consultation. You will pay for any prescribed medications directly at your local pharmacy. We recommend using GoodRx for the best cash prices on generics.
Can I use my insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. We are a cash-pay service. However, our flat fee is often lower than a specialist or urgent care copay.
Can I use FSA/HSA funds?
Yes. You can use any major Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) debit card to pay for your consultation.
What if I just need a sick note?
Sick notes are provided at the discretion of the provider based on your clinical evaluation, and are included in the standard $45 visit fee if deemed appropriate.
